LAUGHTER : Medicine 4 the soul

                                           
Laughter Laughter Laughter ... i am in my hyper excited mood this morning and i am really excited .. i ve been laughing and laughing ... it makes me happy to be excited and filled with joy . But ask me why am laughing ??? nothing in particular i am just in that mood of mine where am all smiles and excited . God is good .. Life is Good .

I learnt quite early in life that it takes a lot of muscles to frown than to smile . So i learnt to always ve a smile on my face .. but then pple think i dont ve my moments when am down or depressed or downcast cos i always ve that flash of smiles all over my face . yeah a good signature i must say .. but please am human oo i also ve my downtimes but i never let it weight me down completely cos i knw the Joy of the Lord is indeed my strength.

ITS A DAWNING OF A NEW DAY so please put a smile on ur face and on someone's else face as well
